Heidi graduated from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2022. Her schooling included certification in Neuromuscular Therapy through the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapies. In addition, she has a certification in Muscle Energy Techniques including Isometrics, Painful Arc, Reciprocal Inhibition, Neuro Tap and Stroke, as well as Hydrotherapy, Joint Movement, and Body Mobilization Techniques.

Throughout her schooling, Heidi developed a passion for injury rehabilitation and caring for her clients both relationally and physically. She has a unique approach to treatments by including cupping techniques, stretches, and joint manipulation.

Heidi is currently under the mentorship of Nancy to grow her scope of practice specifically in manual lymph drainage. She enjoys learning new techniques and therapies and keeping up with new concepts.
